In our home we have 9 bedrooms. 8 are private rooms, and the Master bedroom is a shared room. Each person is able to bring their own bed, furniture, decorations and anything that can make their room feel like home. This can help someone in adjusting to the new environment to have familiar things surrounding them.

Because we are a residential home in a neighborhood, the home is warm and inviting to friends, family and residents as they live their. Our kitchen is beautifully remodeled and updated. The residents sit family style and enjoy their meals together where they can sit and chat as a family would. The house is nicely decorated and really feels like home.

Our main focus though is making sure the person knows they are loved. When they wake up in the morning they know that there are people who love them and are excited to see them. This could first start with the caregiver, who assists them in getting ready in the morning, and then seeing their friends throughout the day at meals and different activities like exercise, bingo, games, movies, parties, musical performances, church, or whatever might be going on that day. Creating the sense of community and helping someone feel involved is the most important way that makes our home special.

Each person can feel they live in a loving home environment and not a facility with long hallways of rooms where they might not feel as important or special. But in our home at Fairbrook Grove Assisted Living Home Mesa AZ, they are special, they are loved, and we welcome them into our home as family. We are proud of this attribute and it is the heart of our services, passion, and home.
