Here are a handful of vitamins that help build our immunity and increase our bodies natural defenses. Each one of these vitamins can be found in food sources and can be eaten daily to increase our health and wellness!

Vitamin C is a natural antioxidant and can strengthen your body’s natural defenses. Antioxidants boost your immune system and protect your body from free radicals, which can make you sick and cause disease. Many studies have shown that vitamin C can speed up recovery time and healing when used.
